1204B Small Groups
Statistically, 75% of you who make Jesus Christ your personal Lord and Savior will “fall away” from the faith at some point between your freshman & sophomore year of college.
The reason is largely due to the fact that the depth of your relationship with God never really went below the surface.
So, in college, your faith is easy to “scrape off”.
Our desire is to do everything we can to “make it stick”.
We think it’s important for you to have a place to ask tough questions, to express doubt/fear/worry, and to discuss the pressing matters in your walk with Christ. We also think it’s important for you to have a place to celebrate everything Christ has done through and for you.
But more than a place, we think having other PEOPLE to share those moments with is critical to your growth and maturity as a Christian.
Let’s be honest. Life will happen.
We want you to have a close-knit group of people who will be there when it does.
This is what we call “doing life” together.
Small Groups @ 1204 drive every other thing we do.
It isn’t enough to hear a sermon or two during the week. You have to dig.
It isn’t enough to know what a Christian is. You have to live it.
It isn’t enough for you to walk into and out of our lives. We want to share it with you.
1204B Small Groups are divided by grade/age and gender.
We have groups for:
College Men
